We are seeking a highly experienced Linux systems administrator, including RedHat, clustering, builds, hardening, monitoring, and
upgrades. This SA should also have extensive networking experience including routing for LAN & WAN, DNS (BIND), VPNs (OpenVPN, IPSEC, L2TP), and related open source tools. In addition this person should have a strong background in configuring and supporting Apache webservers, load balancers, and firewalls. Candidate should be willing to address problems off-hours and be on call. Candidate gets bonus points for experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, deploying code with git, PCI, VoIP, Nagios, or Cacti. Experience managing 24x7 operations, including building necessary tools and scripts for automation and monitoring, would be highly useful. This is a production support position in a mission-critical environment so a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a let’s-get-it-done approach are key.Several years experience as a Linux systems/network administrator are required. You must be eligible to work in the US.
