Job Description:
Purpose:
The position is accountable to provide support to the Area Operations
Manager and Field Operation teams in managing the training calendar for all
field operations teams, including TL's, Engineers, Technicians and
Operators. Provide support to operations community including Assessors,
Training Specialists, on CMAS implementation. To carry out training needs
assessment and update class room training manuals for production operator
training. This role is also responsible to run & Maintain CMAS i- can data
base.
Principal Accountabilities:
CMAS
1.  Assisting in embedding and advancement of element 2 of the new IM
Standard in BPP
2.  Provide regular feed back on CMAS progress.
3.  Work in close coordination Field Training specialist for Training & CMAS
implementation.
4.  Work as a link between CMAS assessors, BPP Operations community and
provide the support required for CMAS implementation.
5.  Collect assessment data to match with original plan and highlight the
progress / bottlenecks to AOM & Field Leadership.
6.  Works with HSE to align BPP safety trainings with CAMS requirements.
7.  Work closely with the consultant/ Technical Writer in developing
Training plans, arrange & provide necessary documents, Technical data, P&IDs
and resolve on-site issues.
8.  Work closely with Field Training coordinator to assist him on Field
Based Trainings.
9.  Coordinate local internal verification process.
10. Provide support to Operations staff on CMAS processes, Profiles, use of
TPs, assessment requirement and implementation plan.
11. Manage & keep track of CMAS budget including associated training
provisions
12. Liaise with all candidates and assessors/verifiers on a regular basis.
13. Natural ability to work with all levels of the Field Organization,
including the Leadership team and highlight issues affecting CMAS program
implementation & work out the solutions.
14. Establish credibility and respect from the Line Management & the peer
group.
15.  Coordinate local delivery of Coaching & Assessor training to support
implementation of CMAS
16.  Manage local budget for competence assurance program including
associated training provisions for Operations
17.  Provide or coordinate local internal verification process.
18.  To work closely with SCM, Digital Business and 3rd Party suppliers in
the QA of CMAS and associated Training services.
19. Collate information on training requirements for all levels within
operations and manage in year delivery.
i-can:
1.    Act as i-can regional Administrator and ensure all data are uploaded
on time and the system runs effectively.
2.    Work in close coordination with DCT & i-can consultant to ensure
integrity, maintenance & continuous operation of CMAS data base.
3.    Able to make changes in Site specific profiles as & when required, get
it approved & communicate the same to Operations staff.
4.    Upload all documents related to CMAS in i- can data base.
Key Challenges:
*         Coordination with DCT and consultant in i-can trouble shooting &
continuous Operation.

*         Coordination and follow up with Assessors and TLs on Competency
assessment Targets.
*         Develop & update profiles as & when required.
*         OCDL representative in Field & provide regular feed back on CMAS
progress.
*         Provide support, guidance and training to Operations staff on i-
can.
*         Ability to work with all levels of the Field Organization,
including the Leadership team and highlight issues affecting CMAS program
implementation & work out the solutions.
*         Establish credibility and respect from the Line Management & the
peer group.
*         Coordination with the consultant/ Technical Writer in developing
Training plans, arrange & provide necessary documents, Technical data, P&IDs
and resolve on-site issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Qualification:
   Bachelors of Engineering and/or Masters in Physical Science.
Experience:
- At least 7 to 8 years of experience in Operations
- Command in using computer softwares especially Microsoft Office
