The role: a person is responsible to design, develop and manage a proactive human resources management to support and provide synergy CPSP business goals and objectives as well as short-term plan and long-term strategic plan. Periodically review and recommend updating of personnel policies in harmony with the environment of business, competition and technological developments. Develop a system that identifies potential candidates or anticipated job of organization. Make sure that the current training needs identified by new and existing employees. To develop plans to begin responding and managing change in the processing of personnel management practices and procedures.
The Person: The candidate should be MBA, MPA or international certification in HR, which has 10 years experience.
