The company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented as manager of Research & Development. The candidate will assume the following responsibilities.
• Manages and provides strategic planning activities involved in research and development of new or improved concepts, ideas, basic and applications for its products.
• Manages the research, identification, assessment and initial development of new products or services.
• Reviews professional journals and academic publications to keep pace with the development of processing methods, product reformulation and Justice and Legislative Affairs.
• Plan and implement the policies of R & D in terms of desired strategic objectives of the company.
The successful candidate must have a Masters Degree in Food Science and Technology with 5-6 years experience in the confectionery and snack industry.
