Purpose
Principal Accountabilities:
(a) Drives plant and equipment reliability through PEI.
(b) Custodian of the PEI common process
(c) Accurate and timely reporting of losses by choke, by field/site
(resources team, ops team common, CFO)
(d) Publish and own TOP TEN bad actor report and plan to reduce losses
caused by this equipment.
(e) Develop a TOP TEN bad actor report based on cost of ownership.
(f) Track and report losses by Choke and understand the impact of losses
out with Operations Control i.e. Drilling and Completions, Reservoir,
Commercial, Weather, Logistics,
(g) Standardise PEI application across all sites so that it becomes "the
Way We Work".
(h) Drive production improvement for AOM through investigation of losses
and deep understanding of equipment performance.
(i) Investigate all losses to agreed level of detail to root cause and
mitigate future loss.
(j) Develop capability and ownership of PEI Action plan among all teams.
(k) Share lessons learned with Segment.
(l) Global Benchmark through consistent application of the PEI toolset to
capture historic losses and prevent future losses to grow installed
production capacity on a monthly basis.
Primary Responsibilities
* Maximise uptime and reduce business losses associated with
topsides plant and equipment.
* Measure all losses and own root cause investigation.
* Understand all losses and relentlessly drive out systemic issues
to avoid future losses.

actions.
* Agree timeline for corrective actions to mitigate future losses.
* Agree PEI meeting schedule and set rolling 8Q meeting Plan.
Qualifications and Experience:
Professional Qualification:
Engineering degree in Chemical & Mechanical Discipline.
Experience:
More than 7 years of operations experience in Oil & Gas related field.
Competencies/ Certifications / Languages
Language skills Needed:
English - Fluent
Urdu - Fluent
Core Competencies
* Demonstrate commitment to HSE
* Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks
* Be a self-starter, yet the ability to work effectively in a
multi-discipline team environment.
* Good organization and communication skills and deliver on expected
