Requirements: MBA (HR) or equivalent from an institution's reputation
Experience: 6-8 years
Job responsibilities
requisitions • The recruitment and planning Perform recruitment.
· Help to develop personnel policies and procedures.
• Development organization, planning and implementation
• Prepare budgets and human resources to maintain controls to stay within budget.
EH audit and benchmarking and analysis of data collected.
· Training and development activities.
• Development and implementation of system performance management
