Janitorial services, landscaping, Café 345
Premises maintenance/repair/decoration/illumination

Front Desk Management
Receiving guest
Meeting/board rooms booking
Managing postal mails

Event Management
Booking of Board rooms/halls for meetings/events
Furnishing events

Supplies Management
Grocery, stationary, business cards, medicines for First Aid Kit, & fax toners

Reporting Management
Monthly accrual
Budget analysis

Liaison Management
Government agencies/Departments


TP Portal Management
Update regional activities on Portal

Record Keeping of all above areas
