Main tasks: analyze, plan, design and implement best in working class learning and development solutions across the organization
To manage specific development programs:
Working with business leaders and managers to identify learning needs (functional and behavioral) of their team
When entering through the TDP review meetings and provide custom solutions development division for all layers
Process management (training / gap analysis) in order to open the training and development will require filtration
Designing and implementing internal and third party solutions that include a comprehensive approach to learning, such as coaching, classroom training, action learning and e-learning
You can manage behavioral training in accordance with Telenor Way
To manage a dynamic database that will house all central staff learning and development activities. The data include courses taken, investment, the division of competence requirements ventilation etc. JD
Develop and manage the implementation process affects
Supplier Management
Plan, manage and conduct information campaigns on the organizational processes and overall IVC, TDP, responsibilities and Telenor Way
Integrate the efforts of the training units of the division
Functional skills / knowledge areas: The incumbent must have: -
very good understanding of the training function
strong analytical skills
excellent communication skills and the ability to make management
strong management skills concerned with the ability to make things functional
