Responsible for providing leadership Medical Team Development, Quality Assurance Team and training functions. Perform the steps to accelerate organizational and team performance, especially in the areas mentioned above. Develop and improve the guidelines, action plans, tools, templates, training, capacity building, would be a good team leadership strategic planning, management, computer, budgeting, problem solving, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
