Key responsibilities:
Lead company farmer technical services initiatives.
Managing a great team and technical development.
Express your development programs.
Maintaining strong links with the institutions of agriculture in the government and the private sector.
Manage technical laboratories.
Develop and manage databases of research.
Qualifications and experience:
Ph.D. should preferably be in the field of agronomy and soil science with a minimum of 20 years of experience in agricultural research and development, technology transfer and handling of fertilizers.
Should have been a team of professionals.
Expert in developing research projects to use the results as a tool for training farmers
. Innovative and updated on the latest developments in the field
