Experience: 2-3 years.
The main responsibilities: First point of contact for all inquiries related to the results of the collection of KPIs from multiple sources
Access to relevant systems such as Atlas, the e-SD, Hyperion for the compilation of results
Allows direct access to all results KPIs required for the monthly reporting
Coordinate with the appropriate focal point for a collection of hand-over that KPIs
Analyze results to determine the differences
Prepare a report on the agreed date and publish
Keep the point of KPI share and publish regular updates
Analyze new requirements and reporting requirements KPI Progress Report
Obtain approval of forms in detail KPI competent managers
Follow the change management process for changes in the existing KPI reportinCoordinate with change managers to report on the development of KPI
To develop skills in the development of automated reporting KPIs
Links to sources of reports, the Hyperion system to develop a single version of truth
Provide support and company with the knowledge to improve relations
Monitor and ensure all targets and key performance indicators met to achieve the objectives

Functional skills / knowledge areas: a good understanding and ability to develop relationships of KPIs for example, the use of MS reports / Discoverer / E-SD
