Pakistan Television for Children (PCTV) is a four-year USAID funded project implemented by the Rafi Peer Theatre Workshop in technical collaboration with Sesame Workshop. New York, in order to improve the language, problem solving, critical thinking and foster a positive learning attitude among children aged 4-9 years in Pakistan. The project invites qualified candidates to apply for the post of Director of Operations, based in Lahore.
Profile of work / duties: The Operations Manager will oversee the departments of human resources, procurement, information technology and administration, responsible for all administrative functions and tasks. The Director will carefully consider, implement and monitor compliance technically purchasing policy, politics and human resource management policy. Standard operating procedures and operating budgets and other internal controls. The Director will be the production of related transactions timely, direct the preparation of operating budgets and ensuring compliance with USAID procurement (goods and services), audit and financial management requirements.
