HEAD OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT:
Qualifications and experience:
· Degree Engg. (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) approval of the Institute / University.
¨ Possession advanced degree is desirable.
· Minimum 10 years of research and development, innovative new technologies, experience with a multinational organization.
Responsibilities:
• Configure the project scope, objectives and results that support the business objectives of the collaboration with management and stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing a team of highly qualified research.
· Reply conducting research on a significant portion of solar technology with LED technology and carbon-based power generation.
Run · is based on the objectives of research, accurate records of progress.
To Reply · adjustments and alternations of the project quickly and efficiently.
· Provides key information on the senior management team strategic decision-making tool for dissemination.
Personal Profile:
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Flexible in changing times.
Age limit 35 to 45 years.
