QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
· MBA with 8-10 years of functional experience in reputable companies in the relevant industry / sector with a specialty in general.
· Products personal care experience is absolutely necessary. - Improved
WORK EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct product sales wise annual / monthly growth value of the affected areas.
· Customers development - ensuring that the market is covered in terms of scope
• Develop new customers / territories to the additional products / existing, if customers can not provide coverage
• to help ensure that customers visiting the secondary market and to engage them.
· Recommend the use of advocacy to help customers move from primary sales
· Gathering information on the location and power of today's market strategy for the promotion / price / product
• be an effective channel between the company and its clients on all aspects of relationships, including credit management and resolution of customer complaints and litigation services.
• To ensure regular meetings with representatives of key customers to gauge customer expectations, understanding the competition's plans, proactively to prevent the competitive impact of the action and get prompt treatment.
