Working with the head of the senior management of the company's human resources department to develop human resources as a function and human capital to provide the Organization with a high performance culture that focuses on enhancing excellence in productivity as the goal of standards and the continued development and management of a superior workforce to meet the objectives of the Society of Strategic Affairs.

Resource planning and recruitment.

Talent Management (identification, attraction, retention, reward and development).

Performance Management Training and Development

Employee Relations.

Costreduction through optimization.

Organizational development and change management.

The main responsibilities:

Lead in the development and implementation of a global human resources strategy, together with senior management to design, implement and administer a system of effective performance management.

Develop an implementation plan and management of talent management that meets the specific requirements of the company's human resources to meet its current operations and future business and improve the skills and knowledge of the collective experience of society .

Design and implementation of process change management as required.

Develop and implement training plans and schedules for the Company.

Serve as contact person in HR / coach to the senior management of the company advising on human resources and its impact on other areas of business.

Strengthen the functional capacity of human resources in the company through the development and maintenance of their human resource policies, practices and procedures, including salary administration, benefits, recruitment, staff employee relations, development and laboratory staff of our relations.

Ensure compliance with all requirements of the company work and employment

Work of the CEO and senior management to identify and develop a vibrant culture and to determine the company's values.

Manage the personnel department of human resources.

Education and experience:

In the case of Ph. D. or MBA in Human Resource Management together lum / IBA.

At least 15 years of experience in human resources management, senior management at the level of well-recognized / known companies, professional multi-national primary.
