The ideal candidate for this job must meet the following
Job Description:
* Serve as lead teacher, responsible for administering policies, regulations and procedures to ensure a high level of education of the institute.
* Ensure the proper functioning of the entire Institute, including course scheduling, curriculum development, teacher training and performance management, emergency procedures and maintenance.
* Assist in developing management plans for short / long term growth, including preparing and monitoring the Institute's annual budget.
* Supervise and participate in the selection and induction of new students
The profile requirements:
* BE (Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical) with experience of at least 10 years in construction / maintenance industry and 3-5 years administrative education / in a vocational training institute.
* Excellent written and oral communication in English / Urdu.
* Must be a highly qualified leadership and teamwork.
