Technical education and professional development within the construction industry needs the attention of the dynamic leaders including engineers, educators and industry to develop the business in a global perspective. NFRD in the process of capacity building launched the Resource Development Institute with a certificate, diploma and degree programs (diplomas, which will be launched in 2012) with particular emphasis on construction management, civil and architectural technology . RDI Rawat campus is spread over 35 hectares large to education, sports and residential facilities and transmit technical education / training or the last 5 years.

Scope of the institution: -
Craftpersons training, supervisory and managerial positions, including an engineer diploma 8N Associate Civil and Architectural Technology, Certificate Courses in various programs related to responsible civil engineering and construction management services. We intend to launch a technology applied BS, BE, MS and PhD programs in future research.
Qualification: -
Preferably MS / PhD, however, / B Technology Civil / Arch with the necessary experience in academia / industry may apply.
• Demonstrate leadership skills in an academic institution and construction management.
· Be familiar with the latest global trends in the field of technical education / training.

· Title foreign experience and network resources mobilizations are considered a plus.
