GT Advanced Cz Corporation seeks an energetic and well organized individual with great communication skills to be responsible for past and future generations of software control algorithms. This person will examine the process information and requirements necessary to describe the behavior of an algorithm of process control systems for the assessment, design control algorithms with the latest algorithm process of mathematical models and algorithms to help the construction of plant leaders in the field of crystal growth.
The main tasks and responsibilities
• Review and analyze process data in real time and archived logging to characterize the audit requirements
• Communicate and plan the process control system and method for process engineers and research and development staff
• The algorithms use model-checking algorithm modeling software such as Matlab / Simulink
• characterize the performance of processes and control systems for the answer
• Validate the algorithms based on simulation and testing
• Plan and carry out R & D activities in order to perform the test control algorithm
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of design control algorithms
• Monitoring and reviewing procedures for document control, management models
Skills
• Detailed knowledge and skills with control systems in real time, design of algorithms.
• Knowledge and understanding of traditional control algorithms and advance a model predictive control and fuzzy control.
• Experience using an algorithm using the distribution systems of control.
• Siemens PCS-7 and technologies related to development and programming are a plus.
• LabView programming and development is a plus.
• Single crystal silicon process and manufacturing procedures, a privileged experience.
• Experience with Czochralski crystal growth is an advantage.
Needs
• Bachelor of Science in computer science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
• 5 years experience in systems development control algorithms
• Experience with Matlab / Simulink control modeling software
• Willingness to travel, even overseas
