The group is looking for the manager of human resources that would be needed to provide vision and leadership for the delivery of strategic human resources. HR Manager Group plans, organizes and manages human resource functions and programs that put them with organizational objectives, as defined in its mission statements and vision.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for planning, strategic development and management of all human resources activities, including compensation and benefits, recruitment, communication, organizational development companies, CSR and training. The director of human resources to apply best practices, create and maintain diversity, Human Resources Division contemporary and optimize the performance of organizations in increasing service quality and efficiency.
Skills:
Experienced facilitator of the process of change management with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong and effective communication both internally through the hierarchy of divisions and outside in all industries and sectors.
Demonstrated skills in developing strategy and processes in a varied and exciting.
The ability to achieve and maintain optimal performance under pressure while maintaining a good teamwork, positive attitude and attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of modern tools of organizational development and framework.
Qualifications and experience:
Minimum qualification of MBA or equivalent degree from a renowned institute with minimum 18 years experience, preferably in national and multinational leaders. Among them, at least 5 years should be in a leadership position.
