As an agent, who will work with our partners by phone, email and support ticket. What? Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to telephone, e-mail and instant messaging, Web-based surveys to customers and partners in a web domain and hosting industry.
- Provide a strong customer focus, ability to understand and prioritize customer needs
- Support and maintain a high service level of 80% on average thanks to the support to partners via telephone, email, chat and support tickets
- Follow policies, procedures and climbing routes the call center
Required:
- Good self-motivated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete work on time

- 3-5 years experience preferred
- Excellent understanding of web design, hosting and domain services terminology. Excellent knowledge of Internet protocol network
- Excellent communication skills written and oral communication skills with people at different levels of the organization
- Great attention to detail with excellent organizational skills, ability to handle a fast paced environment call center
- The logical / technical and problem-solving skills to help understand the processes, the ability to work within and around the processes and to understand, identify and resolve problems in the process of
