Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Accountabilities / Responsibilities

1. Supervise the activities of the assigned Electrical maintenance crew in the field, give the technical direction and guidance for safe trouble shooting and repair jobs. 
2. Check overnight O&M’s log books, insure updating the data daily by the responsible personnel, review work orders, and refer to originators to check equipment or site to determine any work related requirements (safety, Material, manpower, services..) and insure the optimal utilization.
3. Coordinate with maintenance planner to prioritize, schedule and assign jobs to the subordinates, ensure early prepare for all job requirements.
4. Responsible of maintain safety, quality and housekeeping in side Electrical workshop, and job areas as well.
5. Insure the attendance of all Electrical in the daily safety meeting with maintenance staff. 
6. Support the project team by giving all the electrical requirements and request for possible changes which will lead to safe and accessible job areas.
7. Lead the electrical maintenance crew during the commissioning and start up.
8. Train subordinates and insure their competency for the required job.  

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum technical diploma in electrical field.
2. 7 years hands on experience in areas of electrical maintenance and commissioning of electrical items such as (switchgears, oil & dry type transformers, generators, motors, bus bars…)  
3. Preferred who has experience in the plastic processing machines in addition to the above equipments, such as (Blow film, blow molding, injection molding, sheet & pipes extruders…)

 Skills:

1.       Excellent communication skills.

2.       Managing people capabilities.

3.       Ability to work in shifts.

4.       Fluent in English.

5.       Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

6.       Experience in SAP and Microsoft programs.
