Education requirement: Bachelors Degree Required
Years of experience: 5 years

1) JDeveloper/OA Framework development
2) Oracle Approval Management Engine/Workflow development
3) Oracle PL/SQL package development
4) Oracle Web ADI development

Preferred skills:
Oracle HRMS Global Implementations
Knowledge of Oracle R12.1.3
Kintana Workflow Knowledge
Clearcase/Use Case Development/UML
Working in a Global Environment
Ability to take direction and work independently
Ability to multi-task on multiple development and design items
Ability to discuss and analyze requirements with Business Constituents
