Overall 8+ years of IT experience. 5+ yrs of Tibco exp
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
Lead development aspects of projects, design and direct development
Tibco Business Works, (Business Connect experience desired) with expertise in building web services (SOAP, WSDL, http, http(s), and experience integrating with application like SAP, Siebel, Sales-force or other CRM or SaaS application experience. E-Commerce Integration experience
Good communication skills for coordinating the work of offshore teams.
