Position:                  Assistant Manager – Legal and Corporate Affairs
Requirements:         LLB/LLM from a reputable institute, Membership of 5 years of SBC and HCBA.
Experience:            3-5 Years experience in Litigation and Labor courts with IR working experience
Age Preference:       28-35 years
Location:                Only candidates located in Karachi should apply



Job Responsibilities:

•Respond to all legal issues and ensure legality of commercial & business transaction.
•Apply / excellent knowledge of labor/IR laws, rules and regulations as well as industrial laws.
•Handling NIR/IR/Labor and Civil cases.
•Prepare, review and maintain the company’s contracts and agreements.
•Initiate, propose review and endorse legal and working documents.
•Drafting legal notices and giving legal opinions.
•Conducting research on labor, IR and civil laws.
