"MANAGER (charters)"
The candidate must be:
Ideally 10 years experience at sea, with a minimum of 2 years with 5 years of control in the department hire an owner of bulk large or the management company in a senior position. MICS, through the review would be an additional qualification.
A graduate with at least 15 years of experience in the company of owners, of which at least 10 years should be hiring. Degree from a recognized institution of international arbitration / rental.
Maximum of 55 years in cases that deserve to relax.
A thorough knowledge of charter contracts and terms.
Judgement incisive, accurate and clearly commercial.
Attention to detail.
Understanding of the Arbitration Act.
Ability to think creatively.
Mature, with exceptional communication skills and relationship management.
Well organized, disciplined, able to follow up.
