Health Systems Specialists - TRF - Punjab / KPK

TRF is funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) to support government health programs to provide health services of high quality, especially for the poor and marginalized, with a focus on women and children.

Requirements:

Master of Public Health who specializes in the development of health systems

Minimum 8 years experience in policy development and strategy and strengthened health systems. Considerable knowledge of systems and procedures of government, provincial initiatives to reform health. Health programs and the decentralized system. Knowledge of the procedures of donor supported project management is an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders: Fluency in English (oral and written) and use of Microsoft Office due diligence.
