This position involves hands-on development in an Enterprise Java programming environment (60%) and mentoring junior software engineers (40%).

A solid record of delivering enterprise applications in business class using Java EE (J2EE) and Web technologies.
Excellent understanding of Java design patterns and frameworks.
A thorough knowledge of Java EE and related tools (especially Struts, JSP, Servlets and JavaScript / Ajax).
Experience with unit test tools.
A strong commitment to providing high quality software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Skills:
Experience with Agile software development methods.
Experience of coordination of development activities of the development team at a distance.
Experience with web services technologies (SOAP, REST something else).
Experience with tools for object-relational mapping.
Experience in SQL.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. Amos an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years as a software engineer developing Web applications based on Java EE, with the desire to be in a leadership role player-coach.
Needs:
The efficiency of thinking, initiative, good team player.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
