Maintenance Planner
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Attending daily meeting with other owners and maintenance sections, to update maintenance works progress versus plan, report & resolve issues if any with the concerned sections.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor in daily basis all maintenance works, coordinate and arrange efficiently for any required resources (material, additional manpower, outsourced services…etc).
- Working as a focal point between the owners and maintenance disciplines, receiving SAP notifications, assigning job for the related section, track progress up to completion of work order.
- Prepare KPI’s monthly report based on SAP data.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Technical Diploma.
- 6 years experience in maintenance planning.
Skills:
- Experience in SAP system, Microsoft project.
- Proficient planning and organizational skills.
- Proficient time and communications skills.
- Proficient analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
